Global offshore geotechnical data acquisition, analysis and reporting specialist Geoquip Marine is pleased to announce it will be exhibiting at the delayed ISFOG 2020 Conference, which is now set to take place from 28-31 August 2022 at the AT&T Hotel and Conference Centre in Austin, TX.
The 4th International Symposium on Frontiers in Offshore Geotechnics (ISFOG), managed by the Geo-Institute of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Deep Foundations Institute, aims to provide a forum for experts and academics from across the offshore geotechnical industry to share their insights into the dynamic challenges of working in offshore renewables development.
ISFOG is held every five years in locations around the world, with the first and second events taking place in Perth, Australia in 2005 and 2010 respectively. The third symposium was hosted in Oslo, Norway. The fourth symposium was rescheduled from its original 2020 date due to the global impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Geoquip Marine will be exhibiting throughout the event and ISFOG visitors can visit the team at Booth 106. We will be on hand to discuss the comprehensive testing and reporting capabilities of our onshore laboratory facility, the addition of our latest integrated geotechnical survey vessel (IGSV) to our fleet and more. Several team members from Geoquip Marine’s global team of offshore geotechnical data specialists will be present to answer your questions, including Head of Technical & Business Development Hans Hanse.
“It’s fantastic to see the return of in-person events, especially a show as important as ISFOG,” comments Hans. “We are proud to sponsor the fourth iteration of the International Symposium on Frontiers in Offshore Geotechnics, and we look forward to meeting prospects and fellow industry experts later this month in Austin.”
